It was during the shooting of the very first Téva Sartori collection that the plastic chair made its way into the brand's history. It was from this photo in the sand that everything began.
four legs, a seat, a backrest. Little by little, at regular intervals, while traveling as in everyday life, chairs catch my eye and invade my imagination.
Inevitably and obviously, the chair has become the Téva Sartori emblem.
Who hasn't eaten sitting on this chair at a summer barbecue? Who hasn't unstacked this chair to unexpectedly entertain friends? Who hasn't come across this abandoned chair on a balcony, in the middle of a field, on the beach or under an apple tree?
It brings back memories for all of us. We've all seen it or had it.
I love the plastic chair for everything it represents. When I look at it, it invites me to sit down, to take time, to take a break from this life that flies by, to go against the world, to slow down.
Ultimately, it resembles me. With my brand, I chose to take the time to create, to build and to learn by myself, in all simplicity and humility. Like this chair, Téva Sartori aims to be timeless and universal and its clothes are both classic and unique, ordinary and original.
